Most businesses are fully set up within 10 minutes. You create an account, configure your loyalty programme (stamp card or points), generate your QR code, and you're live. No technical skills needed — our onboarding wizard walks you through every step.

We offer three plans: Free (up to 100 customers, 40 WhatsApp messages/month), Pro at RM 99/month (unlimited customers, unlimited WhatsApp, up to 3 outlets), and Enterprise (custom pricing for chains and franchises). All plans include a 14-day free trial of Pro features.

Yes. Loyalti is fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010). Customer data is stored on Malaysian servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. You own your data at all times and can export or delete it whenever you need to.

The Free plan includes 40 WhatsApp messages per month. The Pro plan includes unlimited WhatsApp messages. We use the official WhatsApp Business API, so all messages are delivered as verified business messages — not spam.

Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 3 outlets under one account. Customers can earn and redeem points across all your outlets. For 4 or more outlets, our Enterprise plan offers unlimited outlet management with a centralised customer database.

Customers earn points by scanning your business QR code at checkout or by having staff scan their customer QR code. You define the earning rate — for example, 1 point per RM 1 spent, or fixed points per visit. Double-point windows and special event bonuses can be configured in your dashboard.

Absolutely. You can create any reward — free products, discounts, cashback vouchers, or exclusive perks. Set the points required for each reward, add expiry dates, limit redemptions, and even restrict rewards to specific outlets or menu items.

You can cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing & Plans. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking via FPX, and e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet and Grab Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued monthly and available in your dashboard.

Yes. All new accounts automatically receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features — no credit card required. After 14 days, you'll continue on the plan you choose. If you do nothing, you'll be placed on the Free plan automatically.
